    Dear Sir,

    I purchased a printer all in one 561o all in one few years ago. Now printer have some problem then i went to jaipur c-scheme hp center. They told me that the printer not repairable and its useless. Sir i surprise that the printer costing me more then Rs. 8000/- and a small fault in this and printer is not repairable by hp center. they told me also that contact to customer care they will give buy back scheme to you. Please suggest me urgently. Without printer i am helpless and my office work suffer. Thanks and regards

    Ask them to replace it if it is under warranty.
